Please find below a list of the service's offered:

Priority (Nextday)

All collections are made the next working day between 9am - 5pm. Delivery will be made Next Working Day.

Standard (Economy)

All collection will be made the next working day and delivery made within 3 Workings Days. Our normal collection window will be between 9am – 5pm

Specified Time

We can deliver between the following times 9am – 11am, 11am – 1pm, 1pm – 3pm, 3pm – 5pm please specify (surcharge £28.75 inc. VAT). Please specify in the notes at the Order Details page what time you require.

AM/PM Delivery

We can deliver AM/PM (surcharge £17.25 inc VAT) please specify on the Order Details page of your order AM or PM

Taillift Collection or Delivery

If there is no forklift facility at either the collection address or delivery address we can arrange for the vehicle to have a taillift. Where a tail-lift is requested, the vehicle will be equipped with a pallet truck (a manually operated hydraulic lifting trolley) which lifts the pallet a couple of inches off the ground enabling it to be wheeled to the vehicle's rear tail-lift. The tail-lift is then raised to the level of the vehicle's deck by an electric motor, so that the pallet can be wheeled into the vehicle. Please ensure that at either collection or delivery point the ground is level concrete to ensure safe loading or off-loading. (Free of Charge)

Palletisation

For an additional £23 inc VAT, we can provide an empty pallet on collection. There is a 25kg limit for each single item that needs to be palletised and a maximum of 20 items: It is important that the goods can be manually lifted and secured to the pallet in a timely manner. The driver may help to secure the item(s) to the pallet. The goods MUST fit within the dimensions for the pallet size specified. i.e. 120cm x 100cm maximum height 180cm maximum (Full Pallet).
